Hyssop Provisions is a small bakery focused on fermentation and unusual grains. Bakers Madalyn and Tyler like to spend time perusing through cookbooks and making travel plans to seek out novel ingredients and unique baked goods. We like to experiment with new flours and adding sourdough starter in places you wouldn't typically find it. Savory treats are our pastries of choice, but we also have offerings on the sweeter side. Some specialities include cheesy croissants, sourdough biscuits and chocolate rye brownies.
