This is a family operation, run by kids - Elsie (9) and Jack (6).
They're taking 10 years experience directing a Certified Organic vegetable farm and applying it to our home. They’ll continue providing vegetable plants to Minneapolis/St.Paul school gardens as well as other community organizations and provide produce to the community through farmers markets, restaurants, stores and caterers. Season extension techniques will allow them to have out of season produce - knowing there’s a huge void during those long Winter months in Minnesota.
In addition to the business side of the operation, they envision the farm/garden to be a place for kids to use for education as well as skill building.
